Datacom has received the honour of being named the 2021 Australia and New Zealand Partner of the Year by leading contact centre software provider Genesys.
The award presented at the Genesys Partner Conference recognises the continuous investment by both organisations in their partnership through cross-functional engagement beyond a traditional sales relationship. This is demonstrated through the shared alignment in the delivery of exceptional customer experiences at every touchpoint for clients with the delivery and deployment of Genesys Cloud.
The award represents a big year for Datacom, after being awarded Gold Partner status with Genesys earlier in 2021.
