Datacom’s commitment to service excellence has once again been recognised, with team members in South Australia (SA) and New South Wales (NSW) celebrated at the 2025 Auscontact State Excellence Awards.

The Auscontact Association is Australia’s leading body for contact centres, championing customer and employee experience across the industry. Its Excellence Awards are the premier platform for recognising innovation, leadership and outstanding performance in customer service.

This year’s state awards highlighted the incredible calibre of talent across Datacom, with nominees and winners recognised across a range of categories.

South Australian award winners

  • Team leader/manager of the year: Stuart Pillay
  • Workforce management professional of the year: Jessica Durham
  • Coach/quality professional of the year: Eric Caluya
  • Operational support person of the year: Jayde Temple

Winners from each state will now progress to the national stage, with the Auscontact National Excellence Awards taking place in Melbourne on 14 November 2025.
