End‑to‑end device management for modern workplaces

Hardware and device management

End-to-end device lifecycle management for Australian organisations, from procurement through to secure asset disposal.

Comprehensive IT asset and device lifecycle services.

We help organisations across Australia gain clear visibility, tighter control and better utilisation of their physical device estate. We focus on hardware lifecycle services rather than one‑off purchases, covering deployment, everyday support, asset recovery and secure disposal as a managed service.

Leveraging our national networks, specialist teams and powerful platforms, we make it simple to see what you have, how it’s used and where value can be unlocked. Our analytics deliver real‑time inventory and utilisation dashboards, health telemetry, predictive maintenance and TCO insight, all integrated with your ITSM and automated workflows.

That visibility drives smarter refresh decisions, reduces downtime, enforces compliance and lets you manage devices consistently at scale.

At end-of-life we help maximise recovery—prioritising reuse and certified refurbishment, secure data erasure and compliant recycling—while providing recovery‑value and ESG reporting. The result is a tailored, auditable service that reduces cost, risk and waste and keeps your technology estate under control.

insights

Technology visibility and lifecycle optimisation

Our insights service gives you a single, trusted view of your device fleet using real‑time data and regular optimisation reports. It highlights issues, usage patterns and carbon impact so you can prioritise fixes, plan refresh cycles and make better lifecycle decisions across all your sites and user groups. AI‑driven analytics help spot patterns and potential risks early, while simple dashboards show device health, app performance, login times and sustainability metrics in plain language.

We turn these insights into action through guided onboarding, ongoing platform management, targeted remediation and clear lifecycle recommendations. Regular review sessions track progress, adjust priorities and keep your strategy aligned with performance and sustainability goals, reducing incidents, lowering support effort and improving the experience for your end users.

Benefits for Australian mid-market organisations with distributed sites, enterprise fleets and public sector agencies:

  • Fast value from clear visibility and immediate priorities.

  • Better employee experience with healthier devices and faster apps.

  • Lower total cost of ownership through smarter allocation and refresh timing.

  • More climate‑aware purchasing decisions backed by power and emissions data.
  • Certified reporting for ESG goals and compliance.
  • Reduced IT workload through managed support and automation.

  • Ongoing improvement with regular review and optimisation cycles.

  • Fewer issues and outages thanks to proactive, data‑driven risk detection.

intelligent-devices

Intelligent devices for the next generation of end-user computing

We help organisations navigate the shift towards intelligent end-user devices by aligning strategy, lifecycle management and deployment at scale. We support informed decisions around hardware readiness, refresh planning and the transition to modern platforms, such as Windows 11.

End-user computing is evolving beyond traditional devices. Intelligent PCs powered by on-device AI and modern chipsets enable faster performance, increase sustainability, improve reliability and stronger security at the edge, without relying solely on cloud connectivity. Devices with AI can also increase sustainability.

By processing workloads locally, organisations can deliver more consistent user experiences, improve resilience in low-connectivity environments and prepare their device estate for emerging AI-driven capabilities.

pre-deployment-services

Pre-deployment services

Once device strategy and readiness are defined, we deliver the services required to prepare, deploy and manage devices at scale. Our pre-deployment services prepare devices for immediate use on arrival, helping organisations reduce setup time and improve consistency across their fleet. We manage staging, imaging, configuration, asset tagging and software installation to align devices with your environment and user requirements before deployment.

Device handling and configuration follow structured processes so that security, privacy and compliance expectations are met from warehouse to desk. Each device is tested and quality-checked to support performance, security and reliability from day one. By standardising pre-deployment processes, we help IT teams maintain visibility, reduce manual effort and deploy devices at scale.
