The Public Sector Innovation Roadshow is an annual event to highlight the technology trends and innovations that keep digital government moving. As such, it is a must-attend event for Datacom and 2019 was no different.
In Adelaide, we showcased the work of Datacom Connect, our business process outsourcing and call centre operations. Connect helps customers and public sector organisations to effectively communicate, manage, and enable effective decision-making through technology solutions.
Datacom's Head of Western Australia Business & GovNext-ICT, Keith Morrison, gave an overview of public sector initiatives that were South Australia's largest creator of new jobs in 2018.
“Datacom were grateful for the opportunity to be involved in this fantastic event and share our experiences from Western Australia on government procurement through the GovNext-ICT contract," said Keith.
"It was also enlightening to hear from the widespread of public sector attendees on some of their successes and challenges during the sessions.”
The Public Sector Innovation Roadshow will next move onto Queensland's capital, Brisbane.
