By installing, accessing, and/or using the Antenno Mobile Application (“Antenno App”) you agree to be bound by these terms of use (“Terms”) and the associated Antenno privacy policy (“Privacy Policy.”)

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Antenno App.

If you don’t wish to accept the Terms and Privacy Policy, please do not use the Antenno App.

We reserve the right to amend the Terms and Privacy Policy at any time. The Antenno App will inform you of updated Terms. The Terms are dated for differentiation between updates.

By continuing your use of the Antenno App, you agree to the amended Terms.

Definitions

In these Terms:

“Antenno Server” refers to the place where Content and information entered via your device is stored.

“Consumer” or “You” means a user of the Antenno App, who is not a Provider.

“Content” means the content published to Consumers on the Antenno App.

“Datacom” or “we” means the owner and operator of the Antenno App and related software, Datacom Solutions Ltd (and “us” and “our” have a corresponding meaning).

“Issue Reports” means the information Consumers enter to advise Providers of an issue the Consumer would like addressed.

“Provider” refers to an organisation that posts Content for publication via the Antenno App, or receives Issue Reports from the Antenno App.

General terms

Antenno is a trademark of Datacom Solutions Ltd and all rights are reserved.

Datacom does not guarantee nor warrant completeness, accuracy, timely delivery, or breadth of delivery of Content or Issue Reports.

The Antenno App is not intended as a critical SOS notification or warning system and should not be solely relied upon in emergencies.

Content may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Datacom. Datacom has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

Datacom may check the use of the Antenno App at any time.

Datacom reserves the right at our sole discretion to remove a device’s access from the App.

Please refer any queries or comments about Content to the relevant Provider.

Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand with respect to any legal action, suit, or proceeding, or any other matter arising out of or in connection with the Terms or Privacy Policy.

Security

The Antenno App stores data that is entered and received on your device. Please ensure your device security settings are sufficient for your needs. Datacom accepts no liability for any information loss or any other occurrence resulting from a breach of device security. Please refer to the Privacy Policy for details of which data is stored on your device.

As no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, Datacom cannot warrant the security of any information transmitted or received through the Antenno App. These activities are conducted at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

Datacom accepts no liability under or in connection with the Antenno App, however it arises.

Datacom shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss or damage of any nature in connection with the Antenno App, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise.

Datacom does not accept any liability, however it arises, in respect of any Content or Issue Reports, or the publication/sending, failure to publish/send, or delayed publication/sending of any Content or Issue Reports under any circumstance.

Termination

You or Datacom may conclude your device’s use of the Antenno App at any time.
