Datacom has joined forces with monday.com to deliver its Work OS to the market.
monday.com is a multi-purpose and highly flexible workflow tool designed to help manage all aspects of project management, execution, and success tracking. With the advent of monday.com’s Work OS, businesses have become empowered to build their own workflow applications tailored specifically to their individual requirements, says Datacom’s associate director – digital, Elias Billeh.
“When monday.com reached out to partner with us, I knew immediately their platform would fill a need with our customers”, says Elias. “monday.com is an execution platform, something that nicely complements our wider digital offering in market."
monday.com is partnering with Datacom because of its history within the New Zealand market, its scale, and Datacom’s expertise within the enterprise space. The clincher was that Datacom was already using monday.com within various parts of the business, including the marketing team that discovered it was 25% more efficient running campaigns in monday.com.
monday.com’s regional director for Australia and New Zealand, Dean Swan, says he’s thrilled to be working with Datacom to support local customers on the ground.
“Our partnership with Datacom is a significant milestone in monday.com's presence in New Zealand and our channel partner program. Through this partnership, monday.com aims to better align with our customers' needs and provide solutions so teams can focus on making an impact, solving problems faster, and adapting to a changing workforce," says Dean.
The new hybrid working model has seen a rapid increase in demand for solutions such as monday.com, and more enterprise customers are joining the ranks of users. The main challenge for enterprise-grade organisations is working out how to effectively tailor the monday.com platform to suit the complexities associated with a large employee base.
Combining Datacom’s passion for innovation and this collaboration with monday.com, Datacom can support customers in their design process to ensure that they achieve their goals, whether focused on productivity, process management, portfolio management, project management, customer relationship management (CRM), hotel management, or research and development (R&D).
“For Datacom, it's about getting things done — tracking a marketing campaign from start to finish, delivering a project on time, or helping executives like myself see the progress of the strategy we set.
"It's exciting to now bring this brilliantly flexible platform to our customers. We are rapidly upskilling our team to become experts in monday.com and its integration into wider technology ecosystems that are unique to our customers’ needs,” says Elias.
