Riverbed has named Datacom as the winner of its Innovation Partner of the Year Award for the APJ region in recognition of the local tech services provider’s “dedication to innovation and exceptional performance.”
The award follows Datacom’s launch of its Advanced Endpoint Analytics service, powered by Alluvio Aternity from Riverbed. Datacom is the first enterprise-level Managed Service Provider in the Australian market to launch this offering as part of Riverbed’s Aternity Enterprise MSP program.
Malcolm Down, Riverbed Director of Channels and Alliances for ANZ & Asia South, said the rapid adoption of Alluvio Aternity to power its advanced analytics offering is further testament to Datacom’s commitment to delivering seamless digital experiences for their enterprise customers.
“Digital experience (DX) underpins everything we do as employees, and it also impacts the external customer experience (CX). Datacom truly understands the business value of experience-led solutions and services. Together, we will scale and expand opportunities, and pave the way for a transformative digital future in Australia and New Zealand,” said Down.
Datacom Director Strategy & Solutions Mark Hile says the win reflects the strength of the partnership with Riverbed, which began in 2009, and the real value Datacom has been able to offer its customers by using the deep insights provided by Aternity and the expertise of its own local technical teams.
“As hybrid and new ways of working evolve, Alluvio Aternity provides our support teams with deep insights to make timely and informed decisions so end users experience a productive and enjoyable environment regardless of their working location,” said Hile.
“With Datacom’s focus on enhancing how end user services are delivered, it has been fantastic to deepen our 14-year Riverbed partnership by becoming the first Aternity Managed Services Partner in ANZ and using that to help our customers identify opportunities for cost efficiencies while still enabling seamless digital experiences.”
Riverbed’s market-leading Alluvio Aternity Digital Experience Management (DEM) measures what users actually experience to deliver a comprehensive view of digital experience on business-critical applications. Companies are demanding “experience level agreements” from their network providers and Alluvio Aternity allows for a precise understanding of the end-user experience and all the elements that might be of impact.
The addition of “Aternity Sentiment” to Alluvio Aternity optimises the digital experience by correlating actual employee sentiment to application and device performance, enabling organisations to pinpoint user experience issues and take prescriptive, targeted actions that ultimately increase productivity and employee satisfaction, service quality and business performance.
By enabling Alluvio Aternity DEM to be offered as a managed service, Riverbed is enabling its partners to provide technology solutions that can keep pace with evolving business and client needs.
