ELMO and Datapay team up to simplify NZ payroll

Datapay - Datacom’s specialist New Zealand payroll solution - and ELMO Software have announced a partnership to support a more closely integrated HR and payroll offering for organisations operating in New Zealand.

The partnership brings together ELMO’s complete workforce platform and Datapay’s payroll capability, with a focus on supporting organisations with complex payroll and compliance requirements. It forms part of ELMO’s approach in New Zealand to working with specialist payroll providers, rather than relying on a single, generic payroll model.

Through the integration, HR and payroll data can flow in both directions between the two systems. This is intended to reduce duplication, improve data consistency and support audit and compliance processes without manual reconciliation.

Datapay is a cloud-based payroll solution designed for medium to large New Zealand enterprises. It is built to support New Zealand payroll legislation and compliance requirements and is backed by locally based payroll teams with experience in the New Zealand regulatory environment.
