Datacom has joined the ServiceNow Consulting and Implementation Partner Programme and Reseller Partner Programme to help New Zealand customers realise the full value of the Now Platform®. The partnership enables Datacom to utilise their industry expertise and deep implementation knowledge to help customers accelerate digital transformation through the Now Platform.
The revamped ServiceNow Partner Programme recognises and rewards partners for their varied expertise and experience to drive opportunities, reach new markets, and help joint customers in their digital transformation efforts.
“More than ever, our customers need the ability to operate in a changing environment and to pivot at pace, often having to rapidly re-align strategy and operational processes,” says Dave Payne, Datacom Associate Director – Core Platforms.
“Through the core capabilities of ServiceNow it is possible to do just that, enabling business processes to be digitised, connected and automated and to dramatically improve workflow for organisations and improve outcomes for the customers and citizens they serve. ServiceNow has become known as the leading platform for workflow orchestration and optimisation across the globe, and we’re excited to give our customers access to this platform, underpinned by Datacom’s experience and track record of trusted delivery for our local market,” says Payne.
“New Zealand is a fast-growing market for ServiceNow and it’s great to see the local ecosystem expanding to meet increasing demand. Organisations across New Zealand are looking for ways to reduce costs and increase productivity, at the same time as improving experiences for customers and employees, and our unique platform is helping both private and public sector customers meet these goals,” said Kate Tulp, Country Manager, ServiceNow New Zealand.
“As we help more Kiwi teams simplify and get maximum value from their technology investments, our priority is making sure our partners are building capacity by training ServiceNow talent, driving and creating new business opportunities, and delivering outstanding customer value.”
